Itinerary

Day 1: Shimla to Janglik Village

Important Note

Normally, Trekshrek expects you to carry your personal luggage on your own. However, if you wish to offload your backpack, you can give it to a mule.

Charges for offloading backpack:
INR 1200/- if you make an online payment 10 days in advance. The backpack cannot weigh more than 11 kgs and must have a waterproof cover. Suitcases, trolleys, or bags will not be allowed.

Paying the Trek/Adventure Activity Fee

The fee can be paid via online transfer, check deposit, or demand draft. Payment instructions will be sent along with your confirmation email. After making the transfer, please e-mail us a confirmation with your transfer details, so we can follow up on your reservation efficiently.

When to Book

It is advisable to make your booking at least two months in advance. However, if you wish to get a good deal on domestic or international flights, we recommend organizing your trip at least five months in advance. Please contact us if you require a late booking.

Cancellation Policy

Terms for Cancellation & Refund:
Customers must make full payment in advance for confirmed bookings. If a confirmed booking needs to be canceled, the refund policies are as follows:

  • Prior to 30 days of the confirmed date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Prior to 25 days of the confirmed date, 40% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Prior to 20 days of the confirmed date, 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Prior to 15 days of the confirmed date, 20% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Prior to 10 days of the confirmed date, 10% of the total amount will be refunded.

Note: After the mentioned time period, Trekshrek will not entertain any cancellations, and no amount will be refunded whatsoever.
